Have you ever looked at the numerous treatments on a spa menu and wondered which one you should pick? You're not alone. All those coconut oils and seaweed scrubs can be confusing to even the most seasoned of spa goers. When it comes to your wedding day, you want to make sure that you look and feel your best - that's where we come in. Calm those pre-wedding jitters by relaxing and getting pampered with these treatments and tips that will have you looking your best when you walk down the aisle.

Facial

All the stress from your wedding planning will, unfortunately, show up on your skin. Undo the damage by visiting your local spa for a facial. This indulgent service is great for all skin types. With exfoliation, toning and moisturizing - facials can be personalized for every skin type to give you that bridal glow. Ranging anywhere between $50-$250, choose a professional that you feel comfortable with.

Tip: Get a trial facial about four months in advance to see how your skin will react. After that, schedule your wedding facial a week or two before you walk down the aisle.

Waxing

Smooth legs and shaped eyebrows are great and all that but the process to get them is definitely not a fan favorite. Exfoliate before your appointment and don't forget to wear SPF to protect the newly waxed areas.

Tip: Do not wax the day of your wedding - the best time is about one week before the big day.

Tanning

A sun-kissed look is all the rage for summer brides. Get a bronzed bod with a sunless spray tan that will look great with a wedding dress. Again, a trial tan is always a good idea to know how it will look on your wedding day. When it comes to your wedding spray tan, schedule it two days before since it takes approximately 10 hours to fully develop and you want it to be set before stepping into your white dress.

Tip: Instead of choosing a dark color, ask for a glow. This will make sure that your skin has a golden glow instead of a dark, fake looking tan.

Body Wraps and Scrubs

Most full spas offer everything from infrared sauna wraps to fruit and sugar scrubs. Wraps are designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite or create a slimming effect while a scrub will give your skin a full body glow. If you can't decide which is for you, consult your technician with your desired results before you make an appointment.

Tip: Don't forget to get a body scrub before your spray tan. You don't want your gorgeous glow to rub off!

Teeth Whitening

Want to have your teeth rival the color of your wedding dress? Do it yourself with Crest 3D White strips. With super adhesive strips, your smile will be whipped into shape in no time. If you have a little more room in your budget - make an appointment to get them professionally whitened. It doesn't take long at all.

Tip: Smile!

Massage

The ultimate form of relaxation, massages come in all type of forms. Perfect for bridesmaid bonding, alone time or with your fiancé, take the time out of your busy planning schedule to take a deep breath and let it all go.

Tip: Talk to your masseuse about your problem areas so that they can focus on making you feel great.

Hair and Makeup

When it comes to your hair and makeup, you want to look like yourself as much as possible. Do your research about styles and stylists so that you have a pretty good idea when you schedule your trial run. Stick to the styles that make you feel most comfortable and match your bridal style.

Tip: Book your stylists ahead of time and don't forget to do a trial about 1-2 months before your nuptials.

Nails

Tip:Get your nails done the day before or day of so that it looks fresh and fabulous.
